管道因溫度變化產(chǎn)生熱脹冷縮現(xiàn)象，管線受熱膨脹變形，受冷收縮發(fā)生斷裂，為了避免這種現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的管線破壞叫熱力補(bǔ)償。一般在管段加入補(bǔ)償器，管線因溫度變化而伸長或縮短的配件，熱力管線上所利用的主要有波形補(bǔ)償器和波紋管兩種。
CS熱力管道伸縮器特點(diǎn)
管道伸縮器的鏈接主要有法蘭連接、焊接兩種，直埋式伸縮器（非地溝、設(shè)井安裝時(shí)）一般采用焊接。管道伸縮器具有良好的綜合性能，所以它廣泛用于化工、建筑、給水、排水、石油、輕重工業(yè)、冷凍、衛(wèi)生、水暖、消防、電力等基礎(chǔ)工程
使用范圍：CS型熱力套管伸縮器是電廠、核電、發(fā)電、煉鋼、扎鋼及污水處理工程等給排水管道的必備 設(shè)備，它的使用溫度200℃～350℃，它的使用壓力1.0～2.5MPa.
安裝注意事項(xiàng)：
1、安裝前松開壓盤螺栓，將伸縮器拉長至安裝長度（見下表），然后對(duì)角法擰緊螺栓，切勿壓偏。
2、本伸縮器應(yīng)安裝在管道的直線段上兩個(gè)固定支架之間，為保證伸縮器正常伸縮并防止拉脫，應(yīng)設(shè)有導(dǎo)向支架及檔件。

Installation note:
1, before installation, loosen the pressure plate bolt, the valve will be stretched to install length (see chart), and then the bolt on diagonal method, don't pressure partial.
2, the expansion pipe should be installed in the pipeline of straight section between two fixed bracket, to ensure that the valve and prevent pulled off the normal expansion, should have guide bracket and file a.
